Mystic Mermaid Flower Print, Pressed Floral Art 8x10 Giclee

The original "Mystic Mermaid" design was fashioned entirely from pressed flower blossoms and greenery grown in my own Enchanted Gardens. This magical artwork began with planting the seeds, taking care of the flowers as they grew, and then picking and pressing the petals to lovingly create each design. I call this unique art form "Petal Painting" and am excited to offer many of my original pressed floral artwork in these beautiful 8 x 10 giclee PRINTS.

The original "Mystic Mermaid" was created from blue delphinium and delicate white rose petals. Fall leaves, German statice, and sumac were also part of this floral design. The "Mystic Mermaid" represents feminine energy and is the expression of a woman living an artful life--colorful, open to possibility, and yet balanced and grounded. She lives in the element of water, the element of the unconscious, and dreams.
