Great product with great customer service
This Item was perfect! I had a couple of issues on my end which was were my fault. For the inscription on the back my message was long and I chose a font that was not ideal for the length so it made it hard to read when I received it. So I messaged explaining that and Pete not only responded quickly he replaced it for me free of charge even though it was my fault. Pete knew this was a gift for my finance to be given on the morning of our wedding and it was extra special because the picture inside and inscription was to honor the memory of fiancé’s mother who had passed and this was a symbol of her being with him at our wedding. Any question or issue I had Pete was so prompt and compassionate in his responses. My fiancé was so moved by the gift and I have Pete to thank for helping me execute this. This watch is beautiful.
