What is your turnaround time?

How do I know if my item is a “Ready to Ship” item?

Some of our items are deemed ready to ship, this detail should be notated by the title of the description as well as the shop section. All of our items are shipped on our “Studio Days” which are Monday and Thursday. If an item is Ready to Ship, they are mailed out on the next studio day.

Is it possible to get my item shipped sooner?

Can you do this on a regular headband?

Yes! I can put any of my designs on a structured headband. Just be sure to leave that detail in the “notes to seller” during checkout.

Do you offer a photographer discount?

Absolutely! Once you use one of my items, if you send images of it from one of your sessions to birdiebabyboutique@gmail.com you will be given credit for the images I use in my shop. After a working relationship is established, I am happy to issue a standing discount in exchange for images of items in use.

Do you offer custom orders?

We love custom work! Here are a few guidelines regarding custom design. Customization fees are not charged; to keep prices low we do not send photos of items before mailing the agreed-upon design. If you want a small tweak to an existing design; you may purchase the item and leave the change in the notes to seller section during checkout. Please note that you are responsible for reading these guidelines. Purchasing your custom listing and completing checkout is considered an agreement. Payment is requested before custom work will be commenced. Please provide as much information in one message to minimize back and forth. *date needed *colors *style *samples/photos of items to match We look forward to hearing your ideas!
