All items with a value of less than £10 are sent by standard mail. THIS IS NOT A SIGNED FOR SERVICE and therefore you will receive no tracking information. Orders of £10 or more are automatically sent via a tracked method (WITHIN THE UK ONLY) and thus these orders will receive a tracking number. If you have a low value order and wish us to send your item via a tracked method please add this upgrade to your order when completing checkout. If you cannot find this option please contact us and we can arrange this for you. It costs an additional £1 within the UK, other destinations start from an additional £3.

If you have not paid for a tracked service but you see a number added to your order details THIS IS NOT A TRACKING NUMBER. This is the customs declaration form number om your parcel and this is our proof of posting.

We use Royal Mail standard postage services so items are usually received within 2 - 3 working days within the UK, once your item has been dispatched. But please bare in mind that we cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail delivery times. Once an order had been dispatched it is out of our hands and in those of the courier. International deliveries can take 1 to 6 weeks to arrive.

For a secure and fast delivery you can choose a recorded delivery/signed for service when making your payment.

Our posting costs include costs of packaging and stationary.

Here at The Hippy Hole we are proud to declare that all of our tie dyes come from fair trade sources and are handmade on site by the owners and staff of The Hippy Hole, also know as the “Tie Dye Wizard” team.
We use fibre reactive dye which means that your item will be machine washable and your colours won't fade.
We are always happy to take requests for custom designs. You can have any tie dye design made in any colours that you like on any item in any size!
A 40% non refundable deposit is required on all custom orders to cover our costs.
Tie Dye is an art form. No two items are ever the same. This reflects their handmade qualities and is in no way to be considered a defect.

We also sell a range of jewellery, accessories, homewares and none tie dye clothing. These are a combination of items that we make ourselves and also pieces made by collaborators who we work with to achieve designs that may not have the means to create ourselves.

All of our items are ethically sourced.
