Item arrived quickly, however the shipping company pretty much destroyed the outer box. Thank goodness they packaged the inner box with the candles extremely well. It is a gift so I didn’t unwrap it totally because it appeared they likely are not damaged. 3 stars in the shipping is not the sellers fault
