Just printed today and it looks beautiful. However, the people at Fedex said that even though I gave them the 4x5 aspect ratio print, they were not able to adjust it to 8x10 without an additional fee. Granted it was a small fee ($3.50 or so), but I was unprepared for that. I suspect this is error on the part of the Fedex employee, but several team members got involved and all said the same thing. All in all, it was only $4 total to print so it wasn't a problem for me. I just wonder what went wrong here?

Great print. Love it on my wall. Printed as a 24” by 36” and still amazing quality.
