DO NOT FOLLOW ETSY'S “GET IT BY” DELIVERY DATES

Etsy is supposed to calculate your estimated delivery time based on the processing window I provide to them for each item, plus the estimated shipping window provided by your selected shipping service. Etsy is NOT doing this accurately. There are rumors of it being a glitch, but it has not been corrected. Unfortunately, this is causing unrealistic expectations for buyers of when they will receive their items. Moving forward, processing times will be added to each of our listings within the item description, so that you can accurately estimate your expected delivery window. Please note, most of our items are processed & shipped within 1-4 business days for small items, 2-5 for large items. Please reach out if you have questions.

SHIPPING SPEED / "MY PACKAGE IS LATE":

I will always strive to process and ship items out as fast as possible, but once USPS has the package, I have no control over their ability to meet delivery schedules. I cannot offer refunds if a package is delivered late due to USPS delay. Please note... Priority Mail Express is the only service that has a guaranteed delivery window, all other USPS services are not guaranteed. If you are interested in shipping your package with an alternate shipping provider, please let us know and we are more than happy to make that happen. Currently Etsy only provides calculated shipping at checkout for USPS, but other providers are available.

TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT I DONT HAVE MY PACKAGE:

If your purchase is showing as "Delivered", but you have not received it, feel free to reach out and I am happy to file a Missing Mail Claim. BUT... USPS has GPS that allows them to see where a package was dropped off. If USPS informs me that the package was delivered to the correct address, I cannot offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges. If you have any concerns regarding the delivery of your package, please contact me before (or at the time of) purchase to request a Signature Confirmation. It costs a few extra dollars.

ARE THERE ALTERNATE SHIPPING QUOTES FOR LARGE BOXES:

Yes. We offer several large size items. Due to the size of the box needed to ship these items, USPS rates may be extremely high depending on your location (especially the US west coast). In many cases, FedEx rates will be substantially lower. Because Etsy does not provide calculated shipping for any other service besides USPS, you are only seeing the USPS rates. Please feel free to message me, and I'm happy to look up the Fed Ex rates and try to find the lowest possible price available to you!

PAIR OF GOTHIC SKULL WALL SCONCE / CANDLE HOLDERS

DESCRIPTION:
This pair of gothic wall sconces are upcycled abandoned vintage treasures. The sconces have been painted black, and a skull was added and distressed with ruby wax finish.. They are finished in a top clear enamel coat. The sconces are metal with a wood candle holder, which can hold 1 taper candle, or 1 pegged votive cup (NOT INCLUDED). **Not suitable for outdoor use.

NOTE:
This product is not suitable for outdoor use where it may be exposed to the elements... the skull is made of water soluble material and will damage in rain.
