Return and exchange policy

Custom orders, pre-orders, discounted merchandise including items purchased during a sale or with a coupon code, and pillow inserts are final sale. Exchanges will be less than the shipping fee, even on free shipping purchases. The amount paid to ship the item, (usually 20$ with UPS) to you will be deducted from the exchange value. Thank you for your understanding. Merchandise must be returned in new condition & in original packaging, unused & free of odor and/or pet hair. If missing original packaging, altered, washed, damaged, etc. the return will be denied.

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 3 days will be denied. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your order. If the return is not postmarked in time, the refund will not be issued & the buyer will need to pay to have the merchandise shipped back to them. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange including the cost of shipping merchandise back to Shop and/or the cost to ship new merchandise .

Please also note, that while we make every effort to be sure that our pillows are photographed and edited to accurately depict and describe our products in detail, we cannot guarantee that every computer monitor and phone will display the exact color of the merchandise. The same is applicable for print and patterns not every pillow will display the same print as shown in the pictures as every pillow will have its unique placement of the print which is in accordance with handmade items.
