♾ What does "ready to ship" mean?

"Ready to ship" means the painting has already been created and finished with a coat of varnish and is ready to hang. It can be shipped immediately on a business day.

♾ What does "made to order" mean?

This is an adapted painting from an earlier work. The painting will be recreated as you see in the photo. No two works are the same. Your painting will be made in the same style and colors. And you will get the same quality and beauty of the painting as what you see in the pictures. It won't be identical as compared to the picture as only machine work can do that. All my paintings are handmade. Once the painting is ready, I will send photos of the work for approval. If you don't like it in the photos, I can edit it, or you can cancel your order.

♾ What is a "custom order"?

You can request a custom painting. For example, if you like the look & feel of a painting, but it does not have the desired size, shape or color. Let me know; I like to do my best to meet your needs.

♾ How long will it take for my package to be shipped?

The number of days before shipment is stated for each painting. The "ready to ship" paintings are shipped within 1 business day. The "made to order" can take up to 3 business days for the package to ship because the paint needs to be really dry. Landscape paintings that are made on request can take longer due to the specialist work. I will always keep you updated on the progress.

♾How long will it take for my package to arrive?

It usually takes 3-4 business days for the stretched paintings to arrive, depending on the destination. Benelux is 2 days, Europe region is 2 days, everywhere else 3-4 days. Keep in mind that COVID will delay some delivery. This is out of my control! If you are in a hurry, please let me know so I can try priority shipping for you (at an additional cost).

♾ What shipping methods are available?

I only use certified couriers (UPS, TNT, Fedex, etc.). Based on the size of the painting and whether it is framed / unframed, the carrier may vary.

♾ What shipping costs apply to my country?

Free Shipping. So HeARTsonpgaintings pays for shipping. Please note that international customs charges are the buyer's responsibility.

♾What should I do if my package is damaged?

Good question. I pack your painting safely in layers of bubble wrap and a wooden board, in a cardboard box. An unstretched canvas is shipped in a sturdy tube. In the unlikely event that you notice damage when your package arrives, act immediately! You can reject the shipment as "damaged - return to sender" or you can have the delivery company mark the tracking as "received damaged, subject to further inspection". Submit the claim immediately! Tip: You should keep all boxes and packaging materials. They need the box's tracking number, a description of the damage and its value. Please take pictures of the damage package and email it to me with the information.
