How many panels do I need for my wall?

Our murals are sold by panel, and each panel covers 24 inches in width. To calculate how many panels you need, divide your total wall width by 24 inches and round up. We always recommend ordering panels that are slightly taller than your wall height. This extra material allows for trimming during installation, which helps achieve a clean and level finish since walls are rarely perfectly straight. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us with your wall measurements and we’re happy to help.

Do you offer custom sizes or custom layouts?

We do not create custom panel sizes outside of the options listed in our shop. However, the artwork itself is fully customized to fit the panels you order. Murals are printed as full rectangular panels. We do not pre-cut around doors, windows, arches, or fixtures. These are trimmed on site during installation, which is the industry standard and allows for the best final result.

Which wallpaper should I choose for textured walls or bathrooms?

Smooth, painted walls: Removable Peel & Stick, Canvas Peel & Stick, or Traditional papers Textured walls or humid spaces (bathrooms): Long Term Peel & Stick only We strongly recommend ordering a sample to test adhesion and finish on your specific wall before placing a full order. Our products are extensively tested and need to be used according with our specifications. When a peel and stick wallpaper fails or do not performs as expected there is always a technical reason involved. Since we cannot control the handling and installation process for wall-covering products, we cannot guarantee results. For this reason partially or fully installed murals, wallpapers and decals do not qualify for replacements, returns or refunds.

Is Peel and Stick removable? Will it damage my walls?

Our removable wallpapers are designed to be removed cleanly from properly prepared, smooth, painted walls when you’re ready to update the space. Please note that Long Term Peel and Stick has a much stronger adhesive and may be more difficult to remove. Wall condition, paint type, and preparation all play a role, so testing with a sample is strongly recommended.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos online?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and the wallpaper material selected. Different materials absorb ink differently, which can affect how colors appear. For best results, we recommend ordering a sample printed on the same material you plan to use for your final order. We guarantee color matching only when a full order is placed within 12 months of a sample or previous order on the same paper type.

Will I receive an art proof before printing?

Yes. Art proofs are prepared for placed orders only. Your art proof shows the exact size, scale, and layout of your mural. Proofs are intended for layout and placement review, not as final color references. You may request revisions, and we never print without your approval.

What is your return and cancellation policy?

Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, a processing fee applies, as production and design work may already be underway. Once an order has been approved for print or printed, it cannot be canceled. All of our wallpapers are custom made to order. We do not accept returns unless an item is proven defective, and only for unused panels. We are not responsible for installation issues, as installation conditions and methods are outside of our control. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is a manufacturing issue. Ordering a sample first and staying consistent with materials between sample and final order is the best way to avoid unexpected results.

Available Materials
- Long Term Peel and Stick: Strong adhesive vinyl for lightly textured or commercial walls. Not recommended for matte or flat paint.
- Canvas Peel and Stick: Soft canvas texture vinyl, medium adhesive. Use only on smooth, flat walls. Not suitable for texture.
- Removable Peel and Stick: Ideal for renters. Gentle adhesive vinyl for smooth walls only, not suitable for texture.
- Traditional Pre-pasted: PVC-free with water-activated glue. Professional installation preferred.

Samples & Color Matching
Order samples before committing — they include a full-scale swatch and design preview. Each material absorbs color differently once printed. We recommend getting samples in all materials you're considering, especially if color accuracy is important.

Important Installation Notes
- Install on clean, smooth, fully dried walls.
- Never install over old wallpaper, surfaces with mold/humidity, or unpainted walls.
- Wait 4+ weeks after painting before applying wallpaper.
- Our wallpaper includes a 1” overlap for durability. Do not trim it off for peel and stick versions.
