Build your own wow balloon garland with PopFestCo's signature custom colors! Each kit comes with everything you need to create a garland just like a pro! We provide you with tools, instructions, and even a video to help you execute this masterpiece!

All our balloons are hand layered and we only use PROFESSIONAL grade latex balloons. Highly durable and high quality. Bio-degradable :)*Not ALL colors come in ALL(5'',11'',16'', 24'' etc) balloon sizes. We will provide the best mixture and assortment for the color collection.

 We recommend blowing up balloons 1-2 days prior to your event date for the balloons to look their best. If blown up and tied properly, stored indoors in room temperature, the balloons can last days/weeks.

All balloons will oxidize under exposure to oxygen and sunlight. Balloons are balloons and can pop for no visible reason. 

All our balloons are double layered to create our custom color and MUST be inflated together. True colors are now shown until inflated. Please do NOT pull apart!

Frays and holes on the nubs are completely normal and does not affect the performance or inflation of the balloons. Our balloons can be filled with helium but since it is double layered, it cuts the floating time in half. It is not recommended to fill the small balloons with helium, only the medium and large. 100% helium and correct inflation amount must be used in order for our balloons to float.

* WARNING! Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required at all times. Always keep uninflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons at once.
