HOW TO ORDER
🎁 Enter your personalization information in the box provided – if your instructions exceed the available space a follow up message can be sent to include further instructions.
🎁 Your handwriting sample can be uploaded through messaging AFTER your order has been placed. Etsy does not allow for images or files to be uploaded along with your order.
🎁 Once your instructions have been entered you can “Add to Basket” and go to the check out page. If you are ordering more than one Box you can update the quantity there.
If there are any questions about your order we will message you back to ensure we have everything correct before engraving. Mock ups will be provided if requested or needed to confirm design details. Mock ups can slow down the process but we will work with you as quickly as possible to perfect the design before engraving to make sure you are getting exactly what you are requesting.

ORDER TIMELINES:
All shipping via UPS when available – UPS will not deliver to a PO box so in these cases USPS will be used - and most products will ship in approx. 6-9 business days from date of purchase. Sooner if possible.
We are a husband and wife team (sometimes with the kids help if they “feel” like helping out lol) and we do the best we can to keep up with orders but it does become more difficult during holidays – Christmas, Fathers/Mothers Day etc. – and timelines may be extended due to the large volume of orders we receive.
It always best to order as far in advance as possible as we engrave each item individually and this takes time.
If your order is urgent please advise with a follow up message once your order has been placed. We will do everything we can to rush your order if requested and express shipping upgrades can be purchased if required.
If we cannot meet your timelines full refunds will be processed upon request IF the engraving process has not been started.
