Custom and personalized orders

I do custom and personalized orders but unfortunately, I do not always have the time to do that. IF YOU ARE NOT IN A RUSH, send me a message and maybe we could work something out. Always message me first before you purchase the customized listing. Have the following ready: 1. pictures of your inspiration 2. what date you need the design to be completed. 3. email address to send the customized listing. Please remember that any customization requires that you purchase a "customized listing" found in my shop. Sorry if I can not offer a Buy2 Get1 Free for custom designs. Those designs take time and it will only be sold once. So I hope you all understand. Thank you!

I am able to answer queries between 9am - 9pm Mountain Standard Time Mondays - Fridays (I work in the morning -- may be able to answer but not able to edit files ASAP). Editing files and sending files to email please expect it around 4pm Calgary time until 9pm. After 9pm, expect it to be on the next day. Sat and Sun i usually answer within the hour 9am - 9pm. I may be outside with family or in church ministry. BUT I do answer within 24hrs for sure. Message me with any concerns. Thank you.

I sell SVG, PNG and DXF files. SVG stands for scalable vector graphics so as the name implies it is "scalable". As for PNG resolution, I save at 300dpi which is already pretty good for printing on transfer papers for shirts but if you want a higher resolution I can definitely do that for you. Just leave me your email address where to send it.

I can not download my files!

Make sure your payment has been processed by Etsy before asking me why you can't download it yet. Etsy does all our transactions so I do not have any control on the confirmation of payment. Sometimes you just have to wait for a few minutes (yes, i know it says instant download but hey... it's not me :).. i have experiences though that some paypal transactions took days before it went through or was even cancelled. Just communicate with me. Thank you!

I can not open my svg file!!! Give me a refund!

Whoa. Breathe in, breathe out. Channel your inner peace. 1. Have you extracted your files properly? 2. Have you opened it from your software? -- some computers do not know what program to open your svg so double clicking your svg file will show you a web browser or recognize your svg as a HTML document. YEP... have had TONS of customers ask me HOW to operate their cutting machines. Don't get me wrong, I have been there (clueless as to how to use my machine). BUT, please do not get mad at me if you can't make it work. Have the patience and send me a message. I can help you. I will do everything I can to make it work for you. Let us work as a team with the goal of making it work.

Why do i have to buy a software to open the zip file??

Why I Can't open on my phone?

Your phone may not recognize the program to use for your file. it will usually say file not supported. You have to have an app to unzip the file folder or just ask me to send you the svg file via email. on how to unzip from your phone click: https://www.hellotech.com/guide/for/how-to-open-a-zip-file-windows-mac-iphone-android

With every purchase, you are allowed to use the design on your physical items for up to 500 units. Should you be producing more, you will need to buy an extended license. It will be under the category LICENSE in my shop. Send me a message if you have more questions. Thank you!

If you see this in the description, it means I have the svg file grouped unless there are parts on the file 2 words are touching each other -- i have to make that from scratch to separate the two words. JUST MESSAGE ME no problem.

To Unzip the file you download, you can: 1. Unzip all the contents of the folder, press and hold (or right click) the folder, select EXTRACT ALL, and follow the instructions.
2. To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file to a new location.
