Custom and personalized orders

We're currently not accepting custom and personalized orders because of our schedule (we're raising a young boy).

I ordered a bundle but only got a PDF. Where are my files?

The PDF contains a link that directs you to our Business Dropbox folder that contains your files. This link is under the main image in the PDF. We do this because Etsy has a size limit to how much we can upload hence the need for an external storage solution.

I haven't received my files yet, where can I get them?
