If there are post office delays, can I get a refund?

I insure every single shipment both with the post office and a third party insurer. If your package is delayed by problems with USPS, or lost, you will receive a full refund if you cooperate with the insurance claims process. There is a period of time (based on whether the package was First Class or Priority) before the claim window opens and absolutely no refunds will be given before that time. I am required to have a buyer's affidavit in order to prove the claim is not fraudulent, and cannot finish the claims process without it. With your help, I am refunded so that I can refund you.

Materials: wool, safety eyes, hypoallergenic polyfil, novelty yarn, embroidery floss

Owls and their nests are knitted from my own original pattern with wool yarn and novelty yarn "feathers", then felted for durability and cuddliness. Doll safety eyes are securely attached and felted in place, but Owls are not meant for young children. A hand-embroidered beak is the finishing touch. Owly is approximately 4" tall and his nest is 4 1/2" in diameter. Owlies are born in a smoke-free home. Owly pictured is part of a large brood- the owlie you receive will be the same yarn colors, knit from the same pattern, and just as lovable. Whooo are you to resist?
