• SMALL PACKET SHIPPING (US) •
If you choose Small Packet Shipping for your package, it will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS regular mail service which does not include an ETA or a Tracking Number. • LOCAL PICKUP •
I offer local pickup for anyone in the Toronto + GTA. I will share more details if you are interested in saving on Shipping Costs.

• RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS •
I do not accept Returns, Exchanges or Cancellations on any of the listed items in my shop. Please read through the entire listing before ordering and if you have any questions send me a message and I can confirm any additional information.

• DAMAGED ITEMS •
Tracked Parcels please notify me if there is any damage to the item within 48 Hours of receiving the package.

Untracked Parcels you will have 15 Business Days from date of Dispatch to notify of any damage to the item.

Packaging Damage should be photographed before opening, incase of damage to the item purchased. Please send over both packaging and item damage photos within the same time lines as listed above.

• PROCESSING TIME •
Processing times differ for each item, but is typically 1-3 Business Days. Please check the listing carefully before placing your order.

• COMBINED SHIPPING •
If you purchase multiple items from my shop I package everything together to send out to you and will refund the difference to you for shipping costs.
