5 out of 5 starsThis piece is even more beautiful in person. On heavy-weight, textured paper. I'd requested a smaller piece than I saw listed and the artist was more than accomodating. However, now I'm ordering another. I like it so much, I want a much larger size!

Can you change my landscaping?
Yes! I often heighten trees and trim bushes, add flowers, etc. Additional pictures may be needed.
Can I have an extra copy for myself or family member?
Great idea! I can discount multiples purchased at the same time. I can also offer you a digital file so you can print extras. This is great for siblings, parents, etc.
Can you paint the location of our first date? Wedding venue? Place of business?
Yes! I don’t have any samples in my shop but I’m open to any and all architecture. I’ll even give you a discount at this time to build my portfolio in other directions.
Can I have a quicker turnaround?
Just ask! It depends on my calendar at the time of ordering but if you need it by a certain date don’t hesitate to ask, I can likely make it happen.
I don’t have a great picture of an older home, can you recreate it?
For sure. I’ve done this multiple times for childhood homes and Grandparent’s house. We go off of a mixture of old pictures, memories and current pictures of the property. I ask lots of questions. The results have been great, “Wow, looks just like I remember it” makes my ears so happy!
How is shipping handled?
As a general rule I ship free, domestic only. PLEASE NOTE some items ship rolled. If flat shipping is important for you please message me, at this time it is $7 extra to guarantee flat shipping. As a general rule most items 8x10 and under ship flat and bigger than that ships ruled. That said, I use a multiple vendors who may do this differently. Please let me know if you need flat shipping.
