AKTUELLE BEARBEITUNGSZEIT:
Die meisten Bestellungen werden ziemlich schnell verschickt, es sei denn, die Bestellung enthält Häkelteile oder Stirnbänder (die Herstellung dieser Artikel kann vor dem Versand 1–3 Tage dauern). Wenn Sie nicht sicher sind, ob sich Ihre Bestellung verzögern wird, zögern Sie bitte nicht, mir eine Anfrage über Etsy Conversations zu senden :)

RÜCKGABEN/UMTAUSCHEN: Da diese Artikel in direkten Kontakt mit Neugeborenen kommen, kann ich keine Rückgaben oder Umtausche akzeptieren, sobald das Paket geöffnet wurde. Ich danke Ihnen für Ihr Verständnis!

📦 VERSAND: Ich versende in die meisten Länder! Wählen Sie beim Bezahlen einfach Ihr Land aus und die Versandkosten werden automatisch berechnet. Ich versende die meisten internationalen Bestellungen per USPS First Class Mail (normalerweise 10–14 Tage weltweit, obwohl es in seltenen Fällen bis zu 6–8 Wochen dauern kann, bis Pakete ankommen). Bei allen Paketen, die innerhalb der USA versandt werden, ist eine Sendungsverfolgung enthalten, bei Paketen, die außerhalb der USA versandt werden, ist dies in den meisten Fällen nicht der Fall, und ich kann nicht für Pakete haftbar gemacht werden, die während des Transports verloren gehen und außerhalb der USA versandt werden. Wenn Sie sich außerhalb der USA befinden, rechnen Sie bitte mit einer Lieferzeit von bis zu 8 Wochen und erkundigen Sie sich unbedingt beim Zoll, bevor Sie mich bezüglich Ihrer Bestellung kontaktieren, falls diese zur Erhebung von Zöllen und/oder Steuern zurückgehalten wird. Bitte beachten Sie: Bei internationalen Paketen erlaubt der USPS nur Pakete bis zu einer bestimmten Größe. Für den Fall, dass Ihre Bestellung zu groß ist, um zusammen versendet zu werden, muss ich Ihre Bestellung möglicherweise in zwei Bestellungen aufteilen. In diesem Fall muss ich zusätzliche Versandkosten berechnen, um die Kosten zu decken, und werde Ihnen eine E-Mail senden, um den Restbetrag einzuziehen.

GRÖSSE/RÜCKGABE: Alle meine Artikel haben die Größe „NEWBORN“ und passen daher Neugeborenen in den ersten 2–3 Wochen mit einem Kopfumfang von 12–14 Zoll. Weitere Größen sind jedoch verfügbar. Wenn Sie also eine andere Größe benötigen, fragen Sie bitte vor der Bestellung nach Ich werde gerne darauf eingehen :).

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME:
Most orders ship pretty quickly unless the order contains crochet pieces or headbands (those items can take anywhere from 1-3 days to be made prior to shipping). If you are not sure if your order will be delayed please don't hesitate to send me an inquiry through Etsy Conversations :)

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Since these items come in direct contact with newborn babies, I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges once the package has been opened. I thank you for your understanding!

📦 SHIPPING: I ship to most countries! Just select your country when checking out and shipping costs will be calculated automatically. I ship most international orders via USPS First Class Mail (usually 10-14 days worldwide, though in rare instances packages may take as long as 6-8 weeks to arrive). All packages shipping within the US will have tracking included, packages shipping outside of the US most of the time will not and I cannot be held responsible for any packages that are lost in transit that are shipping outside of the US. If you are outside of the US please be sure to allow up to 8 weeks for delivery and also be sure to check with Customs prior to contacting me about your order in case they are holding it for collection of duties and/or taxes. Please Note: On international packages the USPS only allows up to a certain size package. In the event that your order is too large to be shipped together I may have to split your order into two orders. If this happens I will have to charge additional shipping to cover the cost and will email you to collect the remaining amount.

SIZING/RETURNS: All of my items are NEWBORN sized to fit newborns within the first 2-3 weeks with a head size of 12-14 inches but additional sizes are available so if you need a different size please ask prior to placing your order and I'll be happy to accommodate :).
