1. Customer Responsibility for Rights and Permissions
Our cassette duplication services allow customers to submit their own audio recordings, images, artwork, and text (“User Content”) for the purpose of creating custom physical products.
By submitting any User Content, you represent and warrant that:
You own the copyright to the material or you have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, or other legal rights to reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use that material for the purpose of duplication.
Your submitted materials do not infringe on any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
No claims, disputes, or proceedings are pending or threatened regarding ownership or use of your materials.
2. No Automatic Licensing or Rights Clearance
CustomColorCassettes does not provide copyright clearance or licensing services.
You are solely responsible for obtaining any mechanical or other licenses required to duplicate or distribute copyrighted works. If you wish to include copyrighted songs or recordings created by someone else, you must first secure all necessary permissions from the copyright holder(s).
3. Verification of Rights
CustomColorCassettes reserves the right, but not the obligation, to investigate the ownership of any User Content submitted. You agree to provide, upon request, written documentation proving your ownership or authorization to use the material. By reserving this right, CustomColorCassettes does not assume any obligation to verify the ownership or legality of your materials.
4. Customer Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CustomColorCassettes, its owners, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from or related to:
Any claim that your User Content infringes the rights of any third party;
Any breach of your representations, warranties, or agreements under this policy.
5. Refusal or Removal of Content
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content submission that appears to violate copyright law or this policy, at our sole discretion.
