Ich bin Hoda – Finanzcontrollerin und Fractional CFO. Seit 2017 bin ich im Senior-Finanzbereich tätig und verantworte die Finanzen von Unternehmen aus den Bereichen Rohstoffhandel, Immobilien, Gastgewerbe und professionelle Dienstleistungen mit einem Umsatz von bis zu 13 Millionen US-Dollar und mehr als 2.000 Transaktionen pro Monat. Ich verfüge über Erfahrung im quantitativen Handel und in der Finanzmodellierung. Aktuell bin ich als Finanzcontrollerin für eine Unternehmensgruppe mit mehreren Standorten verantwortlich und betreue parallel über fünf KMU-Kunden im 5-Tage-Abschlusszyklus. Zuvor leitete ich die Implementierung von SAP Business One bis zur Produktivsetzung.
Jedes Tool in diesem Portfolio entstand als Lösung für ein konkretes Problem im Bereich Kundenbindung – sei es eine Unternehmensbewertung, die der Prüfung durch den Vorstand standhalten musste, eine Steuerpflicht, die vor der Steuererklärung berechnet werden musste, oder eine Gewinnkennzahl, die den tatsächlichen Überschuss nach Abzug der Plattformgebühren widerspiegeln sollte. Nichts davon wurde für Content-Erstellung entwickelt. Jede Formel, jede Methodik, jede Ausgabestruktur entstand, weil eine reale Situation dies erforderte.
