Information that will be kept for my records include:
- Buyer's initials
- Buyer's country and currency
- Method of payment (e.g credit card, paypal, gift card, etc.)
- Amount paid in transaction

Information I Collect:
- For the purpose of shipping and customizing, I will need to collect certain information.
- I receive the private information used when placing an in order to accurately ship your item; this includes a name and active postal address.
- I will receive any information that is used for item customization, if offered.
- Exact postal details (i.e street address, apartment/unit number, postal/ZIP code) will be deleted after the item has been shipped; for record-keeping purposes, the shipping destination's country will be kept.
- Full names will be changed to initials in records after the item has been shipped.
- I do not receive information specific to payment. The only details which I am given are the type of payment made (e.g credit card, paypal, gift card, etc) and the amount paid per transaction. This information is kept indefinitely for tax purposes.

When is This Information Shared?

- I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.

- Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services (e.g putting your address on the shipping label)

- I may collect, use, retain, and share your information if I believe that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce my agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers, or others.

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases.
