5 out of 5 starsThis was a great addition to my nightly journaling routine. I've been working though setting boundaries and my people pleasing tendencies and this worksheet explained why I feel like i need to overexplain myself. I loved how beautiful the worksheet was and shared with my support group. 10/10 would recommend
