Votre commande vous sera envoyée au plus tard dans les 3 jours, sauf les articles commandés, après avoir reçu le payement par la poste lituanienne. Le délai postal dépend ensuite du délai standard en fonction du pays de destination. Je ne peux pas être tenu responsable d'éventuels retards dû au service postal ou de tout autre incident survenant durant l'expédition et la livraison.
Je prépare avec soin les colis et prend toutes les précautions nécessaires à une expédition en toute sécurité.
Toutes les commandes sont expédiées à l'adresse postale spécifiée sur bon de commande Etsy, et non pas à l'adresse Paypal. Merci de bien vérifier que vous avez renseigné la bonne adresse (notamment si différente de l'adresse de facturation), je ne saurais en aucun cas être tenue responsable des colis envoyés à des adresses périmées ou incorrectes.

RETURNS POLICY

I gladly accept returns and cancellations.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery.
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.

Conditions of return

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Perishable products (like food or flowers)
-Digital downloads
-Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The delivery costs will not be refunded if the purchase is less than EUR 50 or/and you specifically requested non-standard (express) delivery.

POSTAGE AND PAYMENT POLICY

Item will be dispatched within 1-6 working days after payment confirmation if item is READY TO SHIP. If item is MADE TO ORDER, see individual item's information (it can takes 1-6 week after payment confirmation).

STANDARD SHIPPING: I ship by Lithuanian Postal Service. Once the order is shipped I will provide you with tracking number to track your item.

EXPRESS SHIPPING: 1-5 working days worldwide. If you want EXPRESS shipping please contact me, I will calculate shipping price for you. If you choose EXPRESS shipping, provide your telephone number at once during purchase, in the field "note to seller". It will be provided for courier to arrange delivery time with you.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Please, make your holiday purchases as fast as you can, because the post in these months can be extremely slow. Or choose the EXPRESS SHIPPING option.

If the shipping address is different from the address provided through Etsy, please contact the seller prior to payment.

Please note that I'm not responsible for any custom fees incurred. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages.
