I ordered 1 bear, from my mom last outfit, it was miraculously saved from a freak flood that wiped my house out a year after she passed. After rebuilding my house, 9 months later.. the day I was moving back in.. I was very emotional, and missing my mom. And low and behold at 11 am in the mail came a special box and in it was not one bear but 2.. i wept and cried at how beautiful they where. And felt like my mom was there with me.. this seller had stayed in touch with during The Who process, and after recovering from COVID, told me she had made me 2 bears for my patience with her.. thank you so much these bears are priceless to me

Absolutely in love with my bear. I used one of my grandmas old sweaters. She passed away in December, and I wanted to have something to remember her by. this turned out so beautiful, and I'm so grateful to have this reminder of her.

I was kept updated on the progress and love the bear!! They even added a button with a picture of my brother-in-law. While this was a gift I never wanted to give, they did a fabulous job.

This bear was beyond my expectations. I mailed my late husbands shirt and was informed when it was received. I regularly received text messages with photos in regards to the status of my order. I would highly recommend and definitely will order again.
