I accidentally ordered the veil in white, and Maryna was very responsive and quickly shipped out the veil in ivory and it made it in time for my wedding. She went above and beyond despite my own mistake. Really appreciate her help and I can’t wait to wear it!

5 out of 5 starsI spent quite some time looking for a floral veil that was long, but that wouldn't drag on the ground since I was getting married outdoors. I found this one, loved it, and immediately ordered it without realizing that it would arrive after my wedding. Marina messaged me before I even had a chance to freak out and asked when my wedding was. She then made sure that the veil arrived well on time, even though Etsy still showed a different delivery date. I had ordered another "backup veil" just in case, but nothing compares to this veil. It was the perfect length, sturdy, and matched my dress wonderfully. The veil even snagged on some branches while we were taking photos, but never tore or had the comb detach from the fabric. All-in-all, it was the perfect veil and worth the wait!

Processing time and parcel tracking
Standard order processing is 1-3 business days, many items can be sent immediately. Some veils and other things takes more time, check all the information about delivery terms and shop policies before order placing. After shipping, you`ll receive the notification to e-mail with the tracking information, also it can be checked easy on your personal ETSY account.
USA and Canada orders we ship as consolidation parcels by UPS standard delivery, so factual tracking information will be able 4-7 days after notification that your order was sent, also it can be sent by UPS express if you`ll pay for the fast delivery.
To other countries we ship all by Ukrposhta delivery, except express parcels.

Custom and personalized orders
If you want to change something to create your individual goods in accordance with your wishes... do not hesitate, let us know, we`ll be happy to help you. We can remake most of the items according to your personal preferences :) If you want to make a gift, please leave the delivery address and the required message.
Refund or order changing
If you have some problems with the goods or you want to return it for an objective reason, you must to contact us within 12 hours after order receiving.
If, during this time, you haven't informed us about the problem, we'll not refund you the money for the purchased products.

My wedding this weekend, can I get the goods before?
In most cases, items can be shipped immediately, but please, contact us and we can answer how quickly it will be delivered. Express shipments are sent from Ukraine by UPS or FedEx and takes 5-7 days.
Taxes
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers' responsibility. BUT, if you need we can provide all possible documents for the purchase and paid taxes on ETSY for the shipped goods.

We ship our handmade jewelry around the world. If your country is not indicated during registration, please, send us a message with the delivery address and we apply maximum efforts to send jewelry to your country as fast as possible.
