Engraving service
We accept the engraving order, leave a note when placing an order or contact us directly.
Larger size
We usually offer US size 3-9.75 as listed, if the size could not be selected in the drop menu, we can make and will charge an additional $30~$50 cost per ring.
Shipment
We offer free shipping via USPS. All shipping routes can be tracked through the USPS official website.
Usually it will take 2-3 weeks for making a ring and 4-7 days for shipping within US. if you need the ring in urgent, here are 2 methods: rush order and shipping upgrade.
Rush order means placing an rush order $50 and we will proceed your ring and make it within 15 days. Shipping upgrade means paying an extra charge to speed up shipping.
You may select one or two to meet your time.
Before placing an order, you could contact us to check the estimated time and make sure it could reach your deadline.
Payment Plan
We accept weekly or monthly payment in 2-6 installments.
We can start the making process of the ring after 50% payment is received. And we will ship the ring out after we have all payments and when the ring is ready.
Custom order
If you have your own ideas to make a unique ring, please contact me with pictures. We accept customization.
Cancellation
Cancellation accepted but not more than 24h after the order is placed, or a replenishment fee of $100 will be deducted for each ring.
Return policy
We accept return within 7 days unrelated to quality, but $100 will be deducted as a replenishment fee for each ring.
And those rings could not be returned:
-engraved, customed rings;
-size larger than 9US;
-full eternity rings.
If you have queries after receiving the ring, you could contact us. We will solve the matter.
Warranty
We offer lifetime repairs on your ring:
For the first 6 months, I will repair and replace any loose or missing stones for free.
After 6 months, I will charge a small repair or replacement fee.
