~NON-Etsy-Kunden (lokal oder anderweitig):
Wenn Sie einer der vielen Leute sind, die lieber keine Etsy-Seite erstellen möchten, um zu kaufen, akzeptiere ich PayPal, und wenn Sie keine PayPal haben, Venmo oder Giftrocket. Für lokale Käufer (Boston-local): Bargeld ist vorzuziehen. Bitte kontaktieren Sie mich für Details zum Treffpunkt / etc!

~ Kundenspezifische Provisionen:
Ich werde sehr selektiv sein, welche Aufträge ich machen werde (im Moment habe ich eine begrenzte Farbvielfalt), aber fühlen Sie sich frei, mich mit einer Anfrage zu kontaktieren und ich werde sehen, was ich tun kann.

~ Nachricht an mich:
Bitte haben Sie Geduld, wenn Sie nicht sofort etwas hören - dies ist eine super geschäftige Saison und ich werde mein Bestes tun, um so vielen Menschen wie möglich zu antworten! Es tut mir im Voraus leid, wenn ich versehentlich jemanden verpasse.

~Unzufriedene Kunden:
Wenn Sie aus irgendeinem Grund mit Ihrer Bestellung nicht zufrieden sind, senden Sie mir bitte eine Nachricht, bevor Sie Feedback posten, da ich sicherstellen möchte, dass alle mit ihren Ohren zufrieden sind! (Bitte seien Sie natürlich vernünftig in Bezug auf Nachrichten und lesen Sie den Abschnitt "Richtlinien" des Shops, wenn Sie sich über nichts sicher sind.)

~ Eilaufträge und Eilversand:
Eilaufträge *sind* verfügbar, aber beachten Sie, dass eine Eilgebühr erhoben wird, je nachdem, wie schnell Sie sie benötigen, UND wie ich Ihr Paket versenden muss (Übernachtungen / 2-tägige garantierte Kosten kosten mehr als 1. Klasse / Priorität usw.).
Ich werde leider keinen anderen Versand als 1. Klasse für internationale Pakete machen, es sei denn, Sie planen, einen ziemlich lächerlichen Betrag für den Versand zu bezahlen (international, außer 1. Klasse, wird * sehr * teuer).

~Die Facebook-Seite:
Die Pflege der Facebook-Seite erfordert ein wenig Aufwand, daher bitte ich, dass jeder, wenn möglich, über Etsy nachschreibt!

Hello, cats, kittens, and fellow creatures! WoA is going to be changing a bit over the next couple of weeks! Keep your ears and eyes open for the updates. :) Products will be changing, as well as the look!

~NON-Etsy Customers (local or otherwise):
If you are one of the many people who'd rather not create an Etsy page in order to purchase, I do accept Paypal, and if you don't have Paypal, Venmo or Giftrocket. For local buyers (Boston-local): cash is preferable. Please contact me for details regarding meet-up location/etc!

~Custom Commissions:
I am going to be very selective about which commissions I am going to be making (right now I have a limited variety of color), but feel free to contact me with a request and I'll see what I can do.

~Messaging Me:
Please be patient if you don't hear back right away– this is a super busy season and I'm going to do my best to answer as many people as I can! I'm sorry in advance if I accidentally miss anyone.

~Dissatisfied customers:
If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please message me before posting any feedback, as I want to make sure everyone is happy with their ears! (Please do be reasonable about messages, of course, and read the Policies section of the shop if you are unsure of anything.)

~Rush Orders and Rush Shipping:
Rush orders *are* available, but be aware that there will be a rush fee attached depending on how quickly you need it, AND how I will need to send your package (overnights/2-day guaranteed cost more than 1st class/Priority, etc.)
I unfortunately will not be doing any shipping other than 1st class for international packages UNLESS you plan on paying a pretty ridiculous amount for the shipping (international, other than 1st class, gets *very* expensive).

~The Facebook Page:
Maintaining the Facebook page takes a bit of effort to maintain, therefore I ask that everyone message through Etsy if at all possible!
