Unfortunately, no. We work with a print shop who ships your wrapping paper directly from their print facility. They do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

We do not offer returns because our business operates on a print-on-demand model. Once you place an order, we immediately work with our print shop to fulfill it. Since our costs are directly tied to the print shop, we can only offer refunds if they are willing to provide one. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to make you happy.

Our order processing is highly automated, and we send orders to our printer within one hour of your purchase. Due to this rapid processing, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once the order has been submitted. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before finalizing it. All of our paper is shipped rolled up so there are no annoying creases in your beautiful paper when you receive it.

We ship all of our paper in sturdy cardboard boxes, rolled up and protected in plastic sleeves. Unfortunately we are not able to ship in postal tubes but the triangle box is very sturdy and prevents damage.

No. The ribbon, bows, charms, and gift tags you see in my listing photos are for styling purposes only. They are not included with your order and are not available for purchase in my shop. Only the wrapping paper is for sale.

Screens use RGB (Red, Green, Blue) light, while printed wrapping paper uses CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) inks. Those two systems don’t display color the same way. On top of that, every screen has different brightness and color settings, so a design may look more vibrant or lighter on your device than it does once printed on paper. A small shift between on-screen colors and printed colors is completely normal for any printed product.

Etsy groups similar USPS timelines, so both options can display the same dates even though they aren’t the same service. Standard ships via USPS Media Mail (2–8 business days), while Standard Plus uses USPS Ground Advantage (2–5 business days), which is faster and handled with higher priority. If you need you need your package sooner, upgrade the shipping even if the date looks like they will arrive at the same time.
