Häufig gestellte Fragen
How do I get my files?
Right after payment, Etsy emails you a link to your files. You can download them any time in a web browser on a computer or phone (not in the Etsy app): sign in at etsy.com, go to Your account > Purchases and select Download Files. Unzip the ZIP on a computer and open 00_START_HERE first.
Can I edit the quiz?
Yes. Every slide is editable: questions, answers, team names, colours and your company round.
Does it work in Google Slides or Keynote?
Yes. The quiz works in PowerPoint, Google Slides and Keynote. It uses two free Google Fonts; the start guide shows how to add them.
What do I need for the quiz show?
A laptop with a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox) and a projector or TV. Open the access PDF from your order, follow the link and enter your access code. Test it a few days before the event.
Does it work for remote or hybrid teams?
Yes. Share your screen in Zoom or Teams. Games that work remotely are marked in the games guide.
How many people can play?
The kits are written for teams of 5 to 100+. Bigger groups play in teams.
Which language are the files in?
Each listing says it in the title: English, German or Spanish. All files of one kit are in that language.
Can I share the files with my colleagues?
You can use them for your own events and inside your organisation as often as you like. Please don't resell, share or publish the files.
Do you accept returns?
Digital files can't be returned. If a file is faulty or won't open, message us and we'll fix it or send a working version.
Can I print the PDFs?
Yes. The PDFs are A4 and print fine on US Letter.
