Custom and personalized orders
Because custom items are made specifically to your request, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind." However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If your personalized item arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement or provide a refund if a return is not reasonable.
Can I return a non-personalized (standard) item?
Yes! We gladly accept returns and exchanges for non-custom items. Just contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship the item back within 14 days of delivery. Please note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the item must be returned in its original condition.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We pack everything very carefully, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a message immediately (within 72 hours of delivery). Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged item and the box it came in. We will work with you quickly to resolve the issue!
Do you accept order cancellations?
Yes, we accept cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order goes into production, especially for custom pieces, we are unable to cancel it.
How do I provide the details for my personalization?
When adding an item to your cart, you will see a "Add your personalization" box on the listing page. Please type your exact instructions (names, dates, initials, etc.) exactly as you want them to appear. Double-check your spelling, as we will craft the item exactly as requested!
