5 out of 5 starsThe table arrived a day earlier than expected which was great and of course Sue did ket me know so I could prepare the room for it. When it arrived it was perfect, painting to a really high standard and beautiful natural tabletop. We love it and it looks beautiful in our kitchen. Thank you Sue!!

Table Top Finish Details
What is the difference between a Beeswax and a Hard Wax Oil finish?
Weathered wood with a beeswax finish frequently has a smoother final surface while retaining the wood's original characteristics.
With a hard wax oil finish, the final appearance will likely be grainier and will emphasise the reclaimed wood's original qualities. Typically, this is a more robust finish. This makes it an excellent choice for usage in bars, restaurants, offices, and other commercial settings.
Product Care
Beeswax
Wipe with a slightly moist cloth to clean.
Scratches can simply be ‘repaired' by sanding the afflicted area down to the bare wood, if necessary, and reapplying a fresh coat of beeswax.
Fiddes Hard Wax Oil
Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Minor blemishes can be removed with a buffing cloth or brush.
Stains and minor damage can be readily remedied by lightly sanding and reapplying a fresh coat of the hardwax Oil.
Please Note: Neither product should be cleaned with bleach or or aggressive cleaners.
Paint Finish
Our table frames and legs are finished with eggshell paint of the highest quality. This is a durable coating that is easily cleaned.
