::Personalized Jewelry::
When ordering a custom piece of jewelry from Simag it is very important for me to inform you
of the following guidelines and bits of information regarding the custom process.

1. Each letter is hand-stamped by me,SimaG and no one else.

2. The letters and numbers are not done by a computer or any type of machine.


3. One mistake on one letter means the piece is ruined and the process must start again from scratch.

4. PLEASE be patient with your custom order. I am the only person that create your necklace.

5. Once an order has been placed and a piece made it cannot be erased or changed. Stamping into metal is
permanent.

I always appreciate the great customers we have and sincerely thank you for your patience with any custom
work.

Please note that my jewelry is not intended for children under the age of 12.

Shipping :
All orders in U.S.A are sent USPS First Class with delivery confirmation or USPS First Class International.

Insurance can be purchased at additional charge.

All my jewelry are shipped in jewelry gift box inside a bubble mailer to ensure safe delivery.

All my jewelry to you in complimentary gift: READY TO GIVE AS A GIFT.

International customers: Please be aware of any additional fees from your country’s customs department

Shipping fees are as follows:

Domestic orders:
First Class - $4 each additional item $1
Priority - $10

Exp - $25

Refunds and Exchanges
Returns: Due to the nature of my items,every letter is stamped by ME ,one letter at a time, I do not accept returns unless it is a grave error on my part = you can not get a new personalized jewelry unless i did not stamp your name right.
All personalized and custom-made items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed with the Designer.
