Let me introduce you to this hand-felted shawl, which is a union of smooth and delicate Australian merino wool (18 microns) and silk fibers. This kind of silk (called “silk laps”) is shown in the final pictures. It’s a see-through, delicate silk web; I dye it and then work it with wool and silk threads. The wool is placed on both sides of the silk fabric, yet the layer is very thin, which makes the shawl light and thin, delicate, and even almost open-work. This is the more luxurious version of the “painted” shawl.

The "painting" is my own way of spreading wool.

Notice! This shawl has already been sold, but I'm happy to make a similar one. This is a handicraft, so there are never two identical shawls, but very similar - yes.
It is also possible to order a similar shawl but in different color and size. Price may vary depending on the material used.
Lead time: up to 3 weeks (plus shipping time) but I usually try to make it sooner.
