If you are unsure of the sizing especially on the V neck shirts go bigger to be safe as they do run small.

Cups:

-All cups are hand wash only
-Do not scrub the outside of the cup
-Do not soak the cup in water.

Shirts & tea towels:

-To wash the T-shirt’s please flip them inside out when washing and wash as normal.
-To wash tea towels watch them the same as t-shirts instruction just don’t worry about making it inside out.
-Do not iron over design as it will melt
-if you do need to iron the product make sure to flip it inside out and have a heat resistant paper or another towel between the iron and the design on your shirt or tea towels to protect the design.

If the item you have received has been damage in shipping (chipped, cracked, letter falling off) I will gladly fix your order to make it perfect, just contact me with an attached photo of the chip/crack or missing piece.

On returns as they are made to order there is no refund unless specific to that situation such as wrong item sent or something is different than stated or just damaged, please contact me privately so we can fix it immediately.

Also the product has to be shipped back to CraftyCoderChick shop in order to get your full refund. (Shipping labels will be at customers responsibility).

I love personalized orders such as adding a monogram to cups that you can bought, if you would like to add it to your order please write in the note to seller the monogram style (circlular, cursive, elegant) and the initials so that I can make it at no extra cost.

Please contact me separately as the pricing discount depends on the product and the quantity ordered. Please put them in one email instead of multiple emails as it can get confusing but I do wholesale prices off my main site and you just have to have a quantity of over 5 pieces and shipping is not free on custom big boxed orders like 50 plus tumblers, coasters etc.

If you want to add a custom card to your order when its stated as a gift please write in quotes "the message" details and the reason for the gift so I can make the card more centered to the receiver. I handmade each and every card you get.
