5 étoiles sur 5I feel very fortunate to have been given the opportunity to purchase this item. It is a vintage pewter plate from Fulda, Germany with the picture of the Fulda Dom (cathedral) on it. It is very special to me as I was born in Fulda and as a child went to the cathedral for Sunday mass and also attended a school there run by the cathedral authorities. The seller was super. He told me that his wife's grandfather was a US soldier stationed in Fulda, and brought that plate back from there.

5 étoiles sur 5The item was exactly as presented on the Etsy webpage. The seller shipped the item immediately, and it arrived in perfect timing. The item was reasonably priced. As always, shipping is too high in my opinion, but sellers don’t necessarily control that side of the business. I cannot wait to give it to a teacher friend of mine who still has a regular chalkboard in their room.
