Jahrelang habe ich Websites und Markenidentitäten für andere Unternehmen entwickelt. Dabei fiel mir immer wieder dasselbe auf: Die Künstler und Kreativen, mit denen ich zusammenarbeitete, waren zwar brillant in ihrem Handwerk, aber völlig unbedarft im geschäftlichen Bereich.
Sie schätzten die Preise. Sie nahmen Provisionen per Handschlag entgegen. Sie hielten die Verkäufe in einem Notizbuch fest, oder gar nicht. Nicht etwa aus Nachlässigkeit – sondern weil einem niemand ein fertiges System überlässt, wenn man seine Arbeit verkaufen will, und der Aufbau eines solchen Systems von Grund auf einem zweiten Vollzeitjob gleichkommt.
Also habe ich stattdessen angefangen, die Systeme zu bauen.
Adaptive Media Productions ist mein Studio. Ich bin Kristy – Designerin mit Erfahrung in Grafikdesign, Branding, Buchveröffentlichung und Fotografie. Ich entwickle praktische Tools, die ich mir selbst gewünscht hätte. Preiskalkulatoren, die Materialkosten, Arbeitsstunden und einen tatsächlichen Gewinn berücksichtigen. Businessplaner, mit denen Sie Lagerbestand und Provisionen verwalten können – ganz ohne Tabellenkalkulationsstudium. Verträge, die Sie bedenkenlos verschicken können. Und Vorlagen zum Ausdrucken für die Bereiche des Alltags, die etwas mehr Organisation brauchen: Haushalt, Baby, Umzug, Hochzeit.
Hier wird alles im eigenen Haus entwickelt, vor der Veröffentlichung getestet und so gestaltet, dass es wirklich nutzbar ist – keine hübsche PDF-Datei, die ewig im Download-Ordner verstaubt. Falls eine Datei Probleme bereitet, schreiben Sie mir einfach. Ich antworte und kümmere mich darum.

I spent years building websites and brand identities for other people's businesses. Somewhere in there I noticed the same thing over and over: the artists and makers I worked with were brilliant at the making and completely underwater on the business.
They were guessing at prices. Taking commissions on a handshake. Tracking sales in a notebook, or not at all. Not because they were careless — because nobody hands you a system when you decide to sell your work, and building one from scratch is a second full-time job.
So I started building the systems instead.
Adaptive Media Productions is my studio. I'm Kristy — a designer with a background in graphic design, branding, book publishing, and photography, and I make the practical tools I wish somebody had handed me. Pricing calculators that account for your materials, your hours, and an actual profit. Business planners that track inventory and commissions without needing a spreadsheet degree. Contracts you can send without wondering whether you've covered yourself. And printables for the parts of ordinary life that need a little more order — the household, the new baby, the move, the wedding.
Everything here is designed in-house, tested before it goes up, and built to be genuinely usable — not a pretty PDF that sits in your downloads folder forever. If a file gives you trouble, message me. I answer, and I fix it.
