I will refund the bead purchase price MINUS 10% restocking fee back to your account once I receive the return. You are responsible for the original shipping costs and return shipping fees. If your order qualified for "Free Shipping" and the return brings your total under the $35 minimum, original shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Any item returned must be in the same condition at time of shipment and shipped in the same packaging that was sent to you.
