Current Shipping Times
Our processing time is 2-3 business days. Please note that even if you choose the Expressing Shipping option, that will not change our *processing* time.
Standard shipping - for us that is USPS First-Class Mail - is 3-5 business days. If you need a package sooner than that, please select the "USPS Priority Mail" option, which will get it to you in 1-3 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns unless an item has been damaged in transit.
**After 7 days post-delivery, purchases are no longer eligible for exchange, refund or replacement.**
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order. Our top priority is providing all you amazing queer products that you love. International Shipping

If you believe your package is lost in the mail, there are official steps you can take with the USPS to find it, which we will send you if you reach out to us. Ultimately we are not responsible for how long packages take to get to folks once the USPS has them, or for packages lost in the mail.
