The gifts in this shop run strictly on a special order basis on physical merchandise although from time to time I may have some products that are ready for shipment. The digital designs are available for immediate download as soon as payment has cleared.

Please note that all pictures are representations of items available for purchase. Each gift is unique and no two are identical. All items are subject to availability and I reserve the right to make substitutions. Also, note that due to differences in computer screens the design color and style may appear slightly different than actual product.
Payment
All orders must be paid in full and cleared the bank prior to any item being made or shipped.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped after payment has cleared and in the order they are received. Turnaround time is a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks. Please contact me to discuss rush orders. Please Note: I currently ship ONLY within the US.
Important Note About Shipping: It is up to the customer to update the delivery address through Etsy before checking out. If you have moved, please make sure that your mail is being forwarded to your new address. We are not responsible for packages being shipped to the wrong address if it is listed on your Etsy account.
If you placed an order and realized that your shipping address is incorrect, please message us immediately and so we can alter the incorrect address on our end. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery or returned packages due to an incorrect address. We would be happy to re-ship any returned package back to you with payment of an additional shipping charge.
Refunds
While I believe you will be happy with your purchase, customer satisfaction is important to me. If you are unhappy with an item, and it is not a custom order or personalized in any way, you may return the item in its original, unused condition within 15 days of the purchase. You are responsible for cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the item, I will refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
**PLEASE NOTE - There is a NO REFUND POLICY ON ALL DIGITAL DOWNLOADS. Please read each listing in its entirety for details on what type of files are being offered as some listings offer png files only and others offer svg files etc. Please familiarize yourself with each listing BEFORE purchasing and note copyright information, licensing information, software compatibility etc. **
Damaged or Lost Items
Please contact me immediately upon receipt of your purchased item if it is damaged. A refund will be processed.
Custom orders
After a design has been agreed upon, the buyer will be able to purchase through a reserved listing in my shop. All custom orders must be paid for before the item will be made. Custom orders can not be returned.
