No. StoryPopDesign sells digital files only. No physical item ships, so there is no postage wait or delivery address needed for the final product.
How do personalised orders work?
After ordering, send the details requested in the personalisation box. I use those names, dates, memories, notes, and preferences to prepare a made-to-order printable design, then deliver final print-ready files after review.
What details should I send?
Send the display name or title, sender/family sign-off, important date if relevant, 3-6 short memories or notes, optional colour/style preference, and optional gift message. Please check spelling carefully.
Is this an instant download?
No. These are personalised made-to-order digital files. Your final files are prepared after you send the details needed for your design.
When should I send my details?
Send your details after ordering using the listing instructions. Please check spelling carefully because the final design uses the wording you provide.
Can I request copyrighted characters, celebrities, or a famous style?
No. StoryPopDesign creates original, rights-safe designs. Please do not request copyrighted characters, celebrity likenesses, franchise references, logos, or instructions to copy a known artist, brand, studio, film, or game style.
Can I print the files?
Yes, for personal use. You can print at home, at a local print shop, or through an online print service. The included print guide explains the intended file use.
Can I request a change?
One standard revision is included for small text, spelling, layout, or detail corrections unless a listing says otherwise.
Can I use the files commercially?
No. Files are for personal use by the buyer only unless a listing clearly says otherwise.
