Products shipped to the EU

Any non-exempt item may be returned within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt, by EU residents only, by first contacting me and explaining your reason for return. No returns based on refusal to pay your import fees. An item that has sat in Customs due to your refusal to pay import fees will result in substantial penalty fees due to loss of re-sale time of your item, said fee to be determined by me, the Shop Owner. Please ask all questions prior to committing to purchase any item that must be shipped overseas, to avoid costly returns. shipping fees are never reimbursed.

All returns of non -exempt items must notify me within 24 hours of receipt, & returned within 3 days. See above for exempt items. Please do not ask me to take back a ring box based upon a the color you chose, or a monogram you chose. I will work closely with you to insure color matching if the proper listing is purchased. Those boxes purchased directly from a listing will not be refunded based upon color matching. All monitors and people display and see color differently. If color matching is very important to you, please purchase swatches or the Custom Color listing for your ring box. This will insure happiness with your color. I DO NOT REFUND MY SHIPPING COSTS UPON RETURN OF ANY ITEM IN WHICH FREE SHIPPING WAS RECEIVED AT PURCHASE.

Most rings can be resized by your local jeweler up or down several ring sizes. Please ask if you see a ring you love but is not in your size.

Can I return a ring I purchased?

You can, but not due to size unless the ring is not re-sizable, due to its design ( full eternity ring, etc). There is a 20% restocking fee for any return. This covers the liability of shipping one-off rings through the mails and to get the ring to you safely. You are also responsible for the return cost of the ring and the original shipping cost. The ring must be returned in the same condition as it was upon receipt and must be returned via Fed Ex 3-Day or faster. This policy also applies to other pieces of jewelry that are not rings, with exception of the sizing policy. The cost of returning a piece of jewelry also includes my shipping cost to you, through Fed Ex. Free shipping does not apply to returns.

This beautiful ring is an old Victorian beauty with a perfect Star Ruby that is reflective and shows a star shape wherever the light hits it. I tried to capture this in the pictures but had little luck.

The stone is very reminiscent of a Star Sapphire only in Ruby. The gemstone is opaque and a bright star appears when in the light.

The shoulders of this gorgeous ring are divine! It is an intricately designed ring and the ruby cabochon is about 5mm and in perfect condition. There is virtually no wear to this ring. It is a lovely fuchsia color and is gorgeous on the hand. Although it is actually set in a light rose gold, it does appear more yellow than rose to me. Rose gold is my favorite metal and I do like it to be very rosy.

This ring is a bit over a size 5 and is one of my favorite rings. I hope you enjoy it. Feel free to ask for more pictures if you are interested.

*Due to the age of some of these pieces some items will not be stamped. The National Stamping Act was not enacted until 1906, before 1906 jewelry was not legally required to have a karat mark. This is one way to date items prior to the Art Nouveau time period.
