How long will it take for my item to ship?

Most items ship within 5–7 business days of purchase. Custom or personalized orders may take slightly longer. Please refer to the individual listing for specific turnaround times. Need something faster? Send us a message, we’ll do our best to help!

How do you ship orders, and can I upgrade shipping?

We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail for all U.S. orders, with tracking included. We are not currently shipping internationally. We also offer expedited shipping options. We’ll select the best carrier (USPS Express, FedEx, or UPS) based on what will get your order to you the quickest for the upgrade you selected. Carrier choice is at our discretion. If you have a FedEx or UPS account you’d like us to use, let us know—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.

Can I cancel my order or get a guaranteed delivery date?

Because every item is handmade to order, we cannot cancel an order once it has shipped. We guarantee a ship-by date, but delivery times depend on the carrier. If you’re on a deadline, message us before you order to ask about Express Shipping options.

What happens if my package is lost or marked as delivered but missing?

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors or your local post office. You can also file a missing mail request here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but will do our best to assist you.

Can I send this as a gift or include a note?

Yes! Just mark your order as a gift at checkout and include your message. We’ll include your note and leave out pricing.

Do you offer discounts for group orders or classrooms?

Yes! We love working with teachers, teams, and party planners. Message us about what you’re looking for and we’ll create a custom listing with bulk pricing and estimated turnaround time.

Can you rush my order for an upcoming event?

We try to accommodate rush orders when possible. Message us before placing your order and we’ll let you know if we can meet your timeline.

Is everything sewn down on your capes? Is it made by your shop in the US?

Yes! All felt elements are sewn down by hand in our Indiana workshop. Personalized designs use high-quality heat transfer vinyl or printed materials that are heat-pressed for lasting durability.

Are capes machine washable?

Yes! Our capes can be gently washed. • Spot cleaning is best • If needed, use a cold, delicate wash cycle • Hang or lay flat to dry Avoid using a dryer to preserve the fabric and felt. For our popular rainbow costume: • Spot cleaning is best

What if my child doesn’t like the item or refuses to wear it?

This is rare, but if you’re not satisfied, message us within 3 days of delivery to start a return. Please note: We cannot accept returns on items personalized with a full name, as they are custom made just for your child.

This awesome big brother or big sister cape is double sided, with the design on the outside and a separate lining color. All our capes are hand sewn in our workshop by our awesome team of moms to ensure the highest quality! Our superhero wrist bands, crowns, and masks are made of a durable sparkle material, and the sparkle does not rub off!

Sizing:
Capes are approximately 23 inches from the back of the next to the base of the cape, which is the safest length for ages 2-8 years old. The capes close at the neck with elastic that is sewn in place, and easy to release by the child.
