1 out of 5 starsI ordered the Hotel gift voucher. Initially was sent a link to the wrong document. I messaged the seller who rectified this issue immediately but everytime I opened the document it would change everytime so didn't end up using it in the end

I’ve since worked on this issue and made improvements to ensure the file remains stable, so this problem will not occur again. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. 1 out of 5 starsFirst off, I received a link to another families edits as a template link was not provided but rather the item link. As I was waiting for a new link, I was incredibly disappointed to find that this is a free template in Canva that I had paid this seller for no reason. When I asked for a refund for the trouble and having not received the item I purchased I was just given a new link. Total waste of money. Unethical business selling free Canva templates.

1. Is there a shipping option?
No this is a digital download only.
You will not receive any physical product in the mail.
2. I’ve not received an email with my files what should I do?
Please check:
The email linked to your Etsy account
Your spam/junk folder
Your Etsy “Purchases & Reviews” section → Download Files
If you still can’t find your files, feel free to message me anytime.
3. I purchased using Apple Pay and didn’t receive my email with the files.
If you used Apple Pay with “Hide My Email”, Etsy will send your files to a private relay email.
Just send me a message I can manually resend the files to your preferred email.
4. Can I edit the templates on my mobile?
Yes! All templates are fully editable using the Canva mobile app.
However, for best results, a laptop/desktop is recommended.
5. Can I print the templates at home?
Absolutely! All files are 300 DPI high-resolution and suitable for:
Home printing
Local print shops
Online printing services
6. Will I receive a physical product?
No. All items in this shop are digital downloads only.
7. Can I reuse the templates later?
Yes! You can reuse and customize them unlimited times for personal use.
8. Can I resell the template or share it?
No.
Reselling, sharing, or redistributing the template is strictly prohibited.
You may however sell printed physical items if the listing includes a small-business license.
9. My downloaded file shows a Canva link is that correct?
Yes. Most products include:
