Purchase and never received she would never respond back and before I used to order all my books from her so I’m not sure what happened and university

I'm really sorry to have to write this. I've ordered from Allyson for several years and have always been really happy with the product , quick responses and service. Unfortunately, I placed an order close to a month ago, Etsy said it would be delivered a week or so ago. But, when I check the site, it hasn't even been shipped, and although I've written the vendor 3 times I have yet to receive a response.

Ordered my item July 20th and it still has not shipped Aug 6th. I messaged the seller on Etsy several times with no response. Also emailed and nothing. Expected delivery date already passed and still says not yet shipped

I never received an order.

My order of stationary from Allyson Dupont has not only NOT arrived having ordered it a month ago, but she has not communicated with me at all to resolve the issue. I've sent her 2 messages on this Etsy site and also sent her a message on her private site "Allyson Dupont Designs" and she hasn't responded to that one either!! ( https://allysondupont.com/contact-us/ ) This site (Etsy) hasn't been helpful in resolving this issue either as your site doesn't appear to have a viable "Help" or "Contact Center" but instead sends us in infinite circles never getting anywhere in solving the problems. I'm throughly disgusted with Etsy and a number of its vendors. (This is the 2nd vendor I've ordered from who exhibited very similar patterns of non-communication!!!)

I have tried to reach out with no response. Have not received book this week will be 5 weeks out from purchase where I paid.
