5 out of 5 starsA few of the steps did not line up, leading to the giraffe having four ears and the elephant having two tails. Retried with different backing and the outline lined up better, which leads me to believe the flannel fabric I am working with moves too much for the larger embroidery. The seller was quick to reach out to me to follow up on my issues. Thank you!
