Fousek Studio kreiert stimmungsvolle Kunstdrucke, die von der Natur, stiller Mystik und Kindheitserinnerungen inspiriert sind.
Was als kleine Illustrationen für meine kleinen Söhne begann – eine Möglichkeit, zur Ruhe zu kommen und dem hektischen Alltag der kommerziellen Arbeit zu entfliehen – entwickelte sich allmählich zu einer regelmäßigen kreativen Praxis und einer Rückkehr in Welten, die sich für mich ruhig, vertraut und angenehm anfühlen.
Die Illustrationen erkunden vertraute Realitäten, die ein wenig vom Gewöhnlichen abweichen, und enthüllen verborgene Emotionen, ungewöhnliche Perspektiven und Momente des Staunens in der Natur und im Alltag.
Wälder, Ozeane, Tiere und imaginäre Orte werden Teil filmischer Kompositionen, die Realismus mit einer subtil surrealen Atmosphäre in Einklang bringen.
Neben meiner Arbeit an eigenen Kunstwerken bin ich seit über 15 Jahren als Storyboard- und Konzeptkünstler für Film- und Werbeprojekte tätig. Mein Studium des klassischen Zeichnens an der Akademie der Bildenden Künste in Prag prägt bis heute die Atmosphäre und Komposition jedes einzelnen Werkes.

What began as small illustrations for my young sons — a way to slow down and escape the fast pace of commercial work — gradually became a regular creative practice and a return to worlds that feel calm, intimate, and familiar to me.
The illustrations explore familiar realities slightly shifted from the ordinary, revealing hidden emotions, unusual perspectives, and moments of wonder within nature and everyday life.
Forests, oceans, animals, and imagined places become part of cinematic compositions balancing realism with a subtle surreal atmosphere.
Alongside creating personal artwork, I have worked for more than 15 years as a storyboard artist and concept artist for film and commercial projects. I studied classical drawing at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague, and this background continues to shape the atmosphere and composition of every piece.
