Mes clients viennent en premier, et Ill travaille toujours très dur pour fournir le meilleur service possible. Je suis arrivé ici parce que les clients m’ont gardé dans le jeu et m’ont soutenu. Au cours de la dernière année, ce magasin s’est agrandi avec chaque jour de travail acharné que j’ai mis. J’ai réalisé que chaque client et chaque vente étaient parmi les éléments les plus importants d’une base solide travaillant en ligne. Avec le service à la clientèle que je prends très au sérieux, le temps de réponse rapide aux demandes afin que mes clients ou clients potentiels n’attendent pas, et la qualité de mon produit. Quand il s’agit de la qualité du cuir, il ne peut y avoir qu’une seule option. L’utilisation du meilleur cuir fera durer le produit beaucoup plus longtemps. J’ai choisi de remettre une grande partie de mes bénéfices dans ma boutique pour pouvoir offrir un meilleur produit.
En ce moment, je suis le seul employé de Shockwavemb. Je l’ai commencé lorsque mon entreprise saisonnière était à court et n’était pas en mesure de subvenir à ses besoins. Ce fut une année d’apprentissage pleine de nouvelles expériences et d’opportunités révélatrices. Ma véritable motivation dans cette boutique est la satisfaction des clients Etsy et des premiers acheteurs, adeptes et clients admirant la gravure que je fais. Je trouve humiliant d’être admiré pour tout ce que je fais ou crée. J’aime juste faire des cadeaux personnels et significatifs pour les clients qui apprécient mon travail.
My customers come first, and Ill always work extra hard to provide the best service i can. I've gotten here because the customers kept me in the game and supported me. Over the last year this store grew with every hard days work I put in. I realized that each customer and each sale were some of the most important building blocks to a solid foundation working online. Along with customer service that I take very seriously, quick response time to inquiries so my customers or potential customers do not wait, and the quality of my product. When it comes down to the quality of leather there can be only one option. Using the best leather will make the product last much longer. I chose to put a lot of my profits back into my shop to be able to offer a better product.
At this time I'm the only employee of Shockwavemb. I started it when my seasonal business was falling short and not being able to support itself. Its been a learning year full of new experiences and eye opening opportunities.. My true drive in this shop is the satisfaction of the Etsy customers and the first time buyers, followers and customers admiring the engraving I do. I find it humbling to be admired for anything I do or create. I just love to make personal and meaningful gifts for customers who appreciate my work.
