The svg files are not simplified which slows down the curring time. This shows sloppy work. Also the "start here first" files generate a warning which makes me hesitant to use these files.

Hi Nelda, thank you for your feedback. I have reviewed the files following your comments and am happy with their quality and stand behind my work. These calendars are designed as Print Then Cut projects, so once flattened, the internal artwork is printed and only the outer outline is cut. I have also reached out privately to assist with the warning you experienced.

Can I return a purchase?

Due to the nature of the listings we cannot accept returns on digital items. Please check the requirements of your programs/cutting machines before purchasing.

I downloaded my files but they are not working and giving me an error. What should I do?

Occasionally, files become corrupt during the download process. Just delete the files, and go to your Purchases page from the Etsy homepage to download the files again.
If you are still experiencing a problem, please message me and I will be able to help you.
