PRIVACY POLICY
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
When making purchases in the DEUSDESIGNSTORE etsy online store at www.deusdesign.org, the Customer provides the Administrator with personal data, retaining the right to access, correct and delete them from the database, in accordance with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations of the DEUSDESIGNSTORE etsy Online Store. Provision of personal data by the Customer is voluntary, although failure to provide the data indicated on the website of the Online Store necessary for the conclusion and execution of the Sales Agreement or the agreement for the provision of Electronic Services results in the impossibility of concluding the agreement.
The administrator of the personal data is the Seller: PRUS CAPITAL SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ at the address: Szosa Chełmińska 169a/14, 87-100 Toruń using the e-mail: contact@deusdesign.org, using NIP numbers: 9562391542, REGON: 52805656900000.
The Administrator shall exercise due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular shall ensure that the data it collects are processed lawfully; collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; and stored in a form which allows the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.
The Administrator complies with the principles of the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws 2016.922 i.e. of 2016.06.28) and the Act on Providing Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws 2017.1219 i.e. of 2017.06.24). Customers' personal data and their e-mail addresses are not shared with third parties, with the exception of companies intermediating in payment transactions and suppliers, for whom the data are necessary for payment processing or delivery of shipments.
Any words, expressions appearing in this privacy policy and beginning with a capital letter (e.g. Seller, Online Store) shall be understood in accordance with their definition contained in the Regulations of the Online Store available at www.deusdesign.org.
II. SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION
The basis for the processing of the Customer's personal data is the necessity to perform the contract referred to in 1.1 above or to take action at the Customer's request prior to its conclusion. In the case of processing of other data, including data processed for marketing purposes and for the purpose of sending commercial data, the basis for such processing is the prior consent of the Customer, the fulfillment of legally justified purposes pursued by the Administrator or necessary for the exercise of an entitlement or fulfillment of an obligation arising from a provision of law (e.g. issuance of an invoice).
Each time the purpose, scope and recipients of the data processed by the Administrator results from the actions taken by the Customer in the Online Store.
Possible purposes of collection of personal data of Service Recipients or Customers by the Administrator:
a. conclusion and execution of a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services (e.g. Account);
b. direct marketing of the Administrator's own Goods,
c. marketing other than that referred to in paragraph b above,
d. sending commercial information.
Possible recipients of the personal data of the Customers of the Online Store:
a. in the case of a Customer who uses a courier delivery method in the Online Store, the Administrator shall make the collected personal data of the Customer available to a selected carrier or intermediary performing shipments on behalf of the Administrator;
b. in case of a Customer who uses credit card payment method in the Online Store, the Administrator makes available the collected personal data of the Customer to a selected entity handling the above payments in the Online Store.
The Administrator may process the following personal data of Customers using the Online Store: first and last name; e-mail address; contact telephone number; delivery address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country), address of residence/business/site (if different from the delivery address). Customers who are not consumers, the Administrator may additionally process the company name and tax identification number (NIP) of the Customer or Client.
Provision of personal data referred to in the paragraph above may be necessary to conclude and perform a Sales Agreement or an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services in the Online Store. Each time the scope of data required to conclude a contract is indicated in advance on the website of the Online Store and in the Regulations of the Online Store.
III. RIGHT TO CONTROL ACCESS TO DATA
Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him/her contained in the Administrator's data filing system, and in particular the right to: demand that the personal data be supplemented, updated, rectified, temporarily or permanently suspended or deleted, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act, or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected.
If the Client has given its consent to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in sec. 2.3 the consent may be revoked at any time.
In order to exercise the rights referred to above, the Administrator may be contacted by sending an appropriate message in writing or by e-mail to the Administrator's address indicated at the beginning of this privacy policy.
IV. TECHNICAL ISSUES
All forms used to enter private information are located in a secure area of the website. They are connected using the appropriate centralized SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, with the result that all personal information of Customers is encrypted and, even in the case of interception of the transmission, impossible to read by unauthorized persons.
The login and password are confidential in nature. The Customer is solely responsible for damages caused by its disclosure to third parties. The customer using the login and password is obliged to update his data provided at registration, each time they change.
The data collected during registration or purchase are used for proper execution of Orders, as well as for tracking the status of the Order and making changes to it at the Customer's request before it is shipped. These actions can be performed from the store's website after logging in, or by contacting store support.
Any contact with the store's support by phone or e-mail, involves the use of the data provided in order to respond.
After placing an Order, a confirmation of acceptance of the order for processing is sent to the e-mail address provided, followed by current information on the progress of this order. Customers who have agreed to receive commercial information, by the same route receive messages with current events in the store.
COOKIE POLICY
I. GENERAL INFORMATION AND SCOPE OF INFORMATION COLLECTION
During a visit to the website of the Online Store, cookies (small text files stored on the user's computer) are automatically collected, storing information related to the use of the store. In particular, they relate to session identification (which, in turn, contains encoded information about logging in, products in the Cart, last viewed, and product sorting and view settings) and site operation settings. These types of cookies are deleted when the session is terminated (closing the browser). A separate group of automatically collected cookies consists of data on website views and your system profile (including your IP address), collected by Google Analytics. This data is transferred to Google and stored by it on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to create reports on website traffic for website operators and to provide other services related to website traffic and Internet use. Users' IP addresses are not combined with any other data held by Google. Possible purposes of collection of Customers' personal data by the Administrator:
a. To identify Customers as logged in to the Online Store and show that they are logged in;
b. to remember Goods added to the shopping cart for the purpose of placing an Order;
c. to remember data from completed Order Forms, surveys or login data to the Online Store;
d. to adapt the content of the Internet Shop's website to the individual preferences of the Customer (e.g. concerning colors, font size, page layout) and to optimize the use of the Internet Shop's pages;
e. to keep anonymous statistics showing how the Internet Store website is used.
The entity placing cookies on the Portal User's end device and accessing them is the Seller/Administrator.
II. USER'S WEB BROWSER SETTINGS
By default, most web browsers accept the storage of cookies. Everyone has the ability to determine the conditions for the use of cookies through the settings of their own web browser. This means that you can, for example, partially restrict (e.g. temporarily) or completely disable the ability to save Cookies - in the latter case, however, this may affect some of the functionality of the Online Store (for example, it may not be possible to pass the Order path through the Order Form due to not remembering the Goods in the shopping cart during the subsequent steps of placing the Order).
The settings of your Internet browser regarding Cookies are important from the point of view of your consent to the use of Cookies by our Online Store - in accordance with the regulations, such consent may also be expressed through the settings of your Internet browser. In the absence of such consent, you must change your browser settings for Cookies accordingly.

The Administrator also processes anonymized usage data related to the use of the Online Store (so-called logs - IP address, domain) to generate statistics to help administer the Online Store. These data are aggregate and anonymous, i.e. they do not contain identifying characteristics of visitors to the Online Store website. The logs are not disclosed to third parties.
III. FINAL PROVISIONS
The Internet Store may contain links to other websites. The Administrator persuades to read the privacy policy established there after going to other sites. This privacy policy applies only to this etsy Store.
The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of the processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of protected data, and in particular shall protect the data from being made available to unauthorized persons, from being taken by an unauthorized person, from being processed in violation of the applicable regulations, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.
The Administrator shall adequately provide the following technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from acquiring and modifying personal data sent electronically:
a. securing the data set against unauthorized access.
b. access to the Account only after providing an individual login and password.
c. SSL certificate.
