Ich bin Head of Design and Technology für eine wunderschöne Schule im Herzen der britischen Landschaft sowie ein lebenslanger Künstler und Illustrator mit einer Leidenschaft für feine Zeichnung, Aquarellmalerei, Essen und Tinte.
Die Arbeit als wissenschaftlicher und botanischer Illustrator für über ein Jahrzehnt hat mich gelehrt, die feineren Details von allem um uns herum zu schätzen, und ich habe diese Liebe zum Detail jetzt auf den Inhalt meines Küchenschranks und Kühlschranks übertragen!
Ich liebe es, Kindern beizubringen, wie man coole Dinge entwirft und macht, und meine tägliche Arbeit bereitet mir viel Freude. Es passt gut zu meinem Familienleben, da ich mit zwei wunderschönen Jungs und meinem Ehemann gesegnet bin, denen es nichts ausmacht, wenn ich in mein Studio schlüpfe, um einen Abend zu zeichnen und zu malen. Meine Feiertage sind auch meine Zeit, um die wachsende Sammlung von Illustrationen, die hier auf Etsy verfügbar sind, zu erweitern, damit Sie in den Oster-, Sommer- und Winterferien immer neue Dinge sehen werden!
Meine Illustrationen kombinieren meine Liebe zu Essen und Kunst und ich habe eine lange Liste von Gegenständen, die ich gerne zeichnen würde, die ich langsam durcharbeite. Ich war schon immer ein großer Bewunderer der Pop-Art-Bewegung der 1960er Jahre und dieser Einfluss dominiert, was ich heute tue.

I am Head of Design and Technology for a beautiful school set in the heart of the UK countryside, as well as a lifelong artist and illustrator with a passion for fine drawing, watercolour painting, food and ink.
Working as a scientific and botanical illustrator for over a decade taught me how to appreciate the finer details of everything around us and I have now transferred that attention to detail to the contents of my kitchen cupboard and fridge!
I love teaching children how to design and make cool things and my day to day work brings me much joy. It fits in well with my family life as I am blessed with two gorgeous boys and husband who don't mind when I slink off into my studio for my drawing and painting fix of an evening. My holidays are also my time for adding to the growing collection of illustrations available here on Etsy so you will always see new things added in the Easter, Summer and Winter breaks!
My illustrations combine my love of food and art and I have a long list of items I would like to draw which I'm slowly working my way through. I have always been a huge admirer of the Pop Art movement of the 1960's and that influence dominates what I do today.
